These terms govern your use of the My Adventure Path app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app is operated by My Adventure Path, LLC and is intended for use by adults (parents and guardians) who set up and manage profiles for the children in their care. You are responsible for supervising your children's use of the app and for the information you enter about them.
Keep your sign-in information secure and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
The app, its stories, artwork, and software are owned by My Adventure Path, LLC or its licensors and are provided to you under a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app as intended. Content you create or upload remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the app's features (for example, generating an illustrated avatar from a photo).
The app may offer optional subscriptions or in-app purchases. (In-app purchases are disabled in the current release.) Any purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store's terms; please review a purchase before confirming it.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Adventure Path, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
