Delete your account

You can permanently delete your My Adventure Path account and all associated data at any time.

In the app (fastest)
Sign in, open Settings, and tap Delete my account. After you confirm, your parent account, all child profiles, and the content tied to them are deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

Don't have the app installed?

Email support@myadventurepath.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion, usually within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Your parent profile, every child profile you created, and the data associated with those profiles — avatars, reading progress, saved stories, narrations, album entries, and account settings. Sign-in records for the account are removed as well.

What we may retain

We may keep a minimal record of the deletion request and any information we're required to retain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Retained data is not used to re-identify you and is deleted when no longer required.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel any store-managed subscription. Manage or cancel it separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
